Return Policy

Heated Hunts strives to make our products and shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied please write us so we can assist. Heated Hunts products follow our Standard Return policy. All products must be returned within 30 days of the original receipt date. All returns will be reviewed prior to credits or exchanges. A 15% restocking fee may be applied on all returned parts. In order to return a product a RAN (Return Authorization Number) must be receive from Heated Hunts and the RAN must be written on the return mailing material. Warranty Policy

All Products made by Heated Hunts has a 60 day warranty against manufacture’s defects from the date of purchase from Heated Hunts or an Authorized Dealer. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse. You must keep your sales receipt as your proof of purchase. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from an unauthorized dealer included but not limited to Craig’s List, Flea Market, Ebay, Etc.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping, can not be cancelled.

Shipping & Back-Order Policy

If your order cannot be shipped within the stated delivery date, we will notify you of the expected ship date. Heated Hunts typically has ordered shipped within 2 business days. If there is a delay inventory or another event, Heated Hunts will notify you.
